Gegevensverzameling
Wij verzamelen geen persoonlijke gegevens op onze website, tenzij je je expliciet inschrijft voor onze nieuwsbrief of een andere vorm van contact met ons opneemt.
De enige gegevens die wij verzamelen zijn:
E-mailadressen: wanneer je je inschrijft voor onze nieuwsbrief. Dit e-mailadres gebruiken wij uitsluitend om je op de hoogte te houden van updates, nieuws en relevante informatie. U kunt op elk moment uitschrijven van deze nieuwsbrief.
Wij verzamelen verder geen cookies, trackinggegevens of andere persoonlijke informatie op onze website.
Gebruik van A New Spring
Onze e-learninglessen worden aangeboden via het platform van A New Spring. Dit platform is een Nederlandse en betrouwbare partij die volledig voldoet aan de Europese privacywetgeving (GDPR/AVG).
Alle persoonsgegevens die nodig zijn voor deelname aan de lessen (zoals naam, e-mailadres en eventueel voortgang) worden door A New Spring verwerkt. Wij hebben een verwerkersovereenkomst met deze partij en zorgen ervoor dat jouw gegevens daar veilig worden opgeslagen en uitsluitend worden gebruikt voor het leveren van de lessen.

Privacy Policy - the basics

What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.
